You can access the Order Request Forms here: Sugar Cookies / Custom Cake-Cupcakes . Please note that this is only a request form. Pending my calendar availability, you will receive a follow-up email with an order summary. Once your order is paid you will receive a confirmation email. Your order is not “on the books” until payment is completed.

Your total payment will be listed on the order summary. A friendly reminder will be emailed to you 1 day prior to your due date. If the payment has not been submitted by then, your order will be considered canceled.

If your event is cancelled 10 days prior to the scheduled event date a 50% refund will be issued within 14 days of event cancellation notice. I cannot accept cancellations on last minute orders placed with less than 48 hours on certain intricate cake or cookie designs. I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, due to the costs incurred in the purchase, preparation and time spent on the order.

Order changes can be made up until your payment due date. After that, all changes will be considered and a small fee will be applied if necessary.

I appreciate the inspiration photos, but I can't replicate another artist's work. During the design process, I can use them as a reference to what you want, but adding my own style. Copyrighted images (ie. Disney characters, etc.) are protected and I will not be able to reproduce them exactly, but I’m more than glad to design an inspired version of it.

After submitting payment and sending reference photos, you will receive a cookie design sketch for your order request. You may suggest any edits or reply confirming that I have your approval to move on with the baking process for your order.

While I can't accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to help you with your order. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 5 days will require a rush fee. Please reach out asap for further details on your rush order.

All cookies will be individually bagged and sealed in cellophane bag to help keep them fresh. Cookies can stay fresh in sealed packaging for up to two weeks when stored in a cool, dry place.
